Every agent session starts where the last one stopped The knowledge loop. Each AI agent session reads a version-controlled knowledge layer: rules and skills, sources of truth, memory, and contracts. It plans, builds and tests, and commits to a working branch.   • Built CliqMenu - a five-module SaaS platform for food service (food trucks → restaurants). Invite-only pilot in New Zealand; the staff app is live on the App Store and Google Play.
  • Built CliqHours - multi-tenant timesheet SaaS for companies that engage contractors. Its first version went from first line of code to production in under two days; invite-only early access.
  • Designed the product and UX hands-on: field research with a food-truck operator in New Zealand, then a UI/UX redesign of all five CliqMenu modules, starting from the customer, staff and owner pain points seen first-hand.
  • Own the roadmap for both products: one source of truth for scope, status and what gates each release. Decisions are logged with their reasons, a real defect outranks a date, and AI agents brief what's next from what actually shipped, split into what they can run alone and what needs me.
  • Architected cloud-native serverless on AWS - Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, AppSync Events, EventBridge/SQS - across isolated sandbox / staging / prod accounts; the 40+ Python Lambda functions and the Terraform are delivered with AI agents.
  • Established AI-orchestrated multi-agent delivery: AI agents write most of the code (React, Flutter, Python, Terraform), and the specs, the review and the call on what ships are mine. ~5,000 commits in 2026 across 30 repositories, 85%+ co-authored with Claude Code, grounded by 140+ repo-specific agent skills and a cross-repo contracts registry.
  • Designed the knowledge layer that carries context across hundreds of agent sessions - one source of truth per fact, version-controlled memory kept with the repo it belongs to, a log at the end of every working session, and every lesson turned into a rule.
  • Established human-in-loop governance for AI delivery - every change human-reviewed and merged before prod; no autonomous prod access for agents.
  • Shipped the Flutter staff app to the App Store and Google Play via Fastlane, with per-build release notes.
